Being Thankful

Yesterday someone had posted a November Facebook Challenge to post something everyday this month that you are thankful for.  I thought this was a wonderful idea to remind me of my blessings in life. But I also thought, oops starting a couple days late, so I’ll have to double up a couple posts, but I’ll do it on my blog. My post for November 3rd was:

November FB challenge….post something every day this month that you are thankful for (I’m starting a couple days late)……Today I am thankful for my wonderful, talented and supportive husband (who will probably never see this because he rarely gets on his FB account).

I have to say that I got a great man. I know that, and I don’t know what I ever did to deserve him, but we balance each out perfectly.

Today, my Thankful post was:

November FB challenge….post something every day this month that you are thankful for……Today I am thankful for my creative talent and being able to share it with others.

I am thankful that through my artwork that I can make people happy, recall wonderful memories or share new ones.

There are truly so many things to be thankful for. Another one I have, that happened today, involves my insurance company. I know sounds strange, but my Farmers Insurance claim rep came out this morning to inspect my house for hail damage. I was given a time slot of 8am – 10am that she would get here. She called and let me know she was on her way before 8am and was done by 9:45am. I was shocked. She went over all the paperwork and procedures. *Sigh* we need a new roof along with other stuff I didn’t expect. But she was great! I also had another good experience with them with an auto accident I was in a couple years ago. It was stressful, but they really took care of everything, and it all worked out. They were there with me the whole time.

So that’s three things I am thankful for and I will catch up tomorrow. Enjoy your day everyone.

A woman has got to love a bad man once or twice in her life,

to be thankful for a good one
