Sometimes a small space can inspire big ideas. ACEOs—Art Cards, Editions & Originals—are miniature works of art measuring just 2½” × 3½”, the same size as a traditional trading card.
I enjoy the challenge of creating within such a small format. These little pieces are also a great way to revisit leftover papers, bits of collage, fibers, and other materials from larger projects. Instead of letting those scraps go to waste, I can combine them in new and unexpected ways.
Each card becomes its own tiny experiment—a chance to play with color, texture, and composition without overthinking where it might lead. Small in size, but still a complete little work of art.
