Wow – I originally wrote this last October and never published it…ooops.

I did enjoy this book! Of course, I love reading about Egypt related stuff, always have. It’s wonderful how Riordan brings out his version of Egyptian gods – and I say his because like in his Percy Jackson series, it might not be exactly how we learned about who the gods are in mythology class. (As I had to listen to my sister drone on about.) And if you know me at all, you would know that I also appreciated Sadie’s sarcastic humor as well. Now to go out and get the second book. I gave this 4 stars in my Goodreads account.
