This was a very special piece that I was commissioned to make. I felt deeply honored to be asked to make it. It was created from a poem and was a gift to the author. The stylized interpretation of a passage of her poem became the focal point with parts of the poem inked on the flower and hands. The poem deals with a relationship, and so on the petals of the flower were words describing friendship and love. I just wish I had a better quality photo to share with you.
